How much does shipping cost? 

Standard US Domestic Shipping is always free! If you want to start whitening a little faster, you will have various shipping options calculated at checkout.  

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 0-2 business days. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping to US domestic can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days. And overnight takes 1 business day! 

Where does my order ship from?

Your order will ship from North Carolina.  

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. If you have any issues at checkout please do let us know and we will see what we can do! Contact us at hello@diamondbeautycompany.com

Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling, or other miscellaneous fees which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. Diamond Beauty Company will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs before placing your order. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your package! If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotion folders. If you still can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us at! You may also track your package via the Shop App. 

My package is lost, what do I do?

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do! 

What determines shipping prices?

Shipping prices are determined by weight, dimensions, and destination address of the package.

When do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders US Domestic Orders!

How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account and you will be taken directly to your order history page where you can check the status of any of your orders. If you’re already logged in, click on “Account” in the top right corner of the page. If you don’t have an account, refer to your order confirmation in your email inbox. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. If you email us at before your order is shipped, we may be able to change or cancel the order hello@diamondbeautycompany.com

I am missing something from my order. What do I do?

What currency does your site use?

We will process payments in your local currency. There are some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution. 

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, and CB Bank. Note, cards issued that do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted, therefore we recommend using Paypal. 
  • Paypal: Use any form of payment method in your Paypal account in your country. Once you have added a payment method, you can use our one-click Paypal Express feature for fast checkout.
  • Apple Pay
  • Amazon Pay: Currently available in the United States only. Amazon Pay makes shopping easier by letting you use your Amazon account information to complete your purchase on www.diamondbeautycompany.com. You don’t need to remember multiple logins and passwords for each site you visit—only your Amazon username and password. It’s a safe, secure, convenient way to shop.
  • Afterpay
  • Sezzle

How do I purchase an online gift card?

We do not offer online gift cards at this time.

How do I use a promo code?

Lucky you! To use your promo code, just enter the code into the discount code box at checkout and click apply. 

What do I do if the promo code isn’t working?

If you’re running into issues with a promo code, we recommend checking out a couple of things first. 

  • Look into the terms of the promo code
  • If the code has a minimum order value, be sure that your order amount is the same value or higher 
  • Product type (promo code may only apply to select products)
  • Expiration date

Do you have an option for gift wrap or gift messages?

Not at this time; however our standard packaging is pretty nice if we do say so ourselves! 😉

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

We don’t currently support using more than one promo code at a time, but would like to in the future!

I haven’t received an email confirmation. What do I do?

Can I have the price of my order adjusted if the price of an item in my order went on sale?

Unfortunately, our sales and promotions do not apply to previous orders. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter as well as follow us on social media so that you can be alerted of all sales and promos. 

I placed an order but didn’t apply the promo code at checkout. What do I do?

Please reach out immediately and we will adjust the price of your order if it falls within the terms and conditions of the promotion.

How do I change my account password?

Click “I forgot my password” on the account login page to reset your password.

Is teeth whitening safe for everyone?

Yes, as long as you follow the directions correctly, whitening your teeth is considered safe for everyone. If you have concerns, ask your physician or dentist.

How does the teeth whitening work?

​The whitening agent (carbamide peroxide) penetrates the enamel to reach the discolored molecules inside your tooth.

How long does the whitening last?

Teeth whitening is not permanent and requires maintenance. Teeth whitening can last months with proper maintenance. Those who avoid staining foods (coffee, tea, cigarettes, etc.) and substances will have longer lasting results.

What ingredients are in your whitening?

The main ingredient used in our teeth whitening kit is carbamide peroxide. Other ingredients include glycerol, propylene glycol, deionized water, carboxymethyl, poly vinylpyrrolidone, sodium hydroxide and menthol.

Will this product affect my other dental work (braces, crowns, caps, etc)?

No, it will not affect previously done dental work. It is not recommended to use teeth whitening kits while wearing braces to avoid uneven tooth color where the braces are placed. Keep in mind, teeth whitening will not whiten veneers, caps, crowns or dental restorations. 

Will I feel sensitivity from whitening?

With our product there is little to no sensitivity. We provide the desensitizing gel to apply before you whiten if you are prone to tooth sensitivity. If you experience sensitivity, stop using for 1-3 days.

How often should I use the whitening product?

It is recommended to use our product every other day until desired results are reached, once you are happy with your level of whiteness, you can do it 2x a week for maintenance. Although it can be used every day if desired.

What’s the shelf life on the whitening product? Where should I store my kit?

12  months. Store in a cool, dry climate.

Are your products vegan? 

Yes, our products are vegan, gluten-free, and never tested on animals.

Do you test on animals?

No!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with the product, you have 30 days from the date purchased to receive a full refund. You must return your kit to the shipping address provided.

What if my return is past the 30 days?

We do not accept returns past 30 days.

When will I get my refund?

You will receive your refund to the original payment method 5-7 business days after we have received the returned product. 

How do I return my order from within the U.S.?
